表面處理
管材的外部可進(jìn)行PTFE鍍層加工或金屬鍍層加工。
管材內(nèi)壁可進(jìn)行氟鍍層處理，增強(qiáng)疏水性，減少交叉污染。
金屬鍍層可以增加針體的強(qiáng)度以及疏水功能，減少交叉污染。
根據(jù)防水，絕緣性，耐熱性、密合度等不同目的及用途，推薦兩種特氟龍涂層：
黑色：密合度高，耐高溫；
綠色：優(yōu)良的絕緣性；
膜厚度：10μm ~ 30μm；
金屬鍍層可以增加針體的耐磨程度，減少交叉污染。
膜厚度：400nm ~ 1μm；
